1. UNCST/RC1 (to UNCST) Application form (plus 1 photocopy)
   note: You need the supervisor’s signature.
2. Research proposal (plus 1 photocopy)
3. RS.6 (to President) Application form (plus 2 photocopies)
4. 4 passport-sized photographs
5. US$ 200

   note: This should be including the information on  your research topic, methodology, period of the research project and the organization you are affiliating with in Kenya, i.e., you are required to have a certain relationship with one of the academic organizations such as National Museum of Kenya, (related divisions in) University of Nairobi and other university related organizations.  
   
2. C. V. (with 5 copies)
3. Recommendation from JSPS Nairobi Research Station  (with 5 copies)
4. Research Proposal (with 5 copies)
5. 3passport-sized photographs
6. US$ 100 for Undergraduate Students
   US$ 300 for Master Course and Phd. Students
   Us$ 400 for Phd. Holders and Professors
